SACRIFICE
Sacrifice, conceived from the perspective of Epistemic Magnetism/Mysticism can be conceived as a price to pay to obtain something, achieve success, and persevere or endure through life. These sacrifices can be material or metaphysical, and are made as human persons relate with non-material and disembodied persons, and embodied persons like human beings.
All sacrifices made by human persons involve something physical. This is because persons are made up of a material body and an immaterial mind (soul or spirit). Hence, anything conceived and willed by the mind affects the physical body, just as anything eaten, drank, or perceived by the physical body affects the mind.
Human persons under the Magnetism of Evil make sacrifices we are familiar with. Here reference is made to human persons who consciously or unconsciously sign a pact with the devil, malignant non-material persons, or men and women of bad will, and who perform different rituals for wealth and/or fame. Such rituals or sacrifices involve the body: having sexual intercourse with a mad person, or up to a certain number of persons daily or weekly, or with one’s parent against his/her consent and in a culture where such an act is forbidden; never to eat or drink a particular food or drink; never to sleep at night (sleep only during the day); never to sleep in a locked room; never to wear shoes; making incantations at certain times of the day or the full moon; using the left hand consistently to give money or serve persons (especially when one by nature is not left-handed); to completely spend any money gotten in a given day that same day; to sacrifice certain animals or human persons at regular intervals; etcetera. These sacrifices or rituals are dangerous on two counts: (1) they are dehumanizing and enslaving because they compromise some of the essential characteristics of the human person which we ought to safeguard against all odds, and (2) they have “hidden charges” which are values that worth more than the wealth or fame promised or given.
Men and women of goodwill under the Magnetism of Good also make sacrifices to non-material and disembodied persons like God, the Supreme Being. However, a lot of ignorance of how sacrifice works in the Magnetism of Good abounds, and regrettably so. There is a lot of wasted suffering. A good intention, will, or plan with the goal of spiritual or material advancement can be enhanced by intentionally offering physical experiences as sacrifices: fasting from food and water for some time; trekking under the sun or rain for about an hour; maintaining virginity, or practicing chastity according to one’s state in life; being punctual and diligent at work and earning one’s pay; refusing to take bribe and be corrupt as one discharges his/her work; daily or regular prayer life or visit to a holy place; giving alms on regular basis; etcetera, are examples of some sacrifices one can make in union with the Magnetism of Good to fortify and enhance one’s aspirations in life.
Now, the kind of sacrifice suitable for a particular person may not be suitable for another person. For example, for persons who believe in God, especially Christians, the power of God in you reflects through your body, and this can give you a clue to the kind of sacrifice you need to make. Take a clue from the story of Samson and Delilah (Judges 16: 4 – 30) in the Bible. God’s strength does not need any physical thing in our body (sacrifice) to manifest or be potent. But being a composite of body and mind (soul/spirit) the strength of God in our mind will manifest through our body. Thus, the physical sacrifice of being a Nazirite (no alcohol and no cutting of hair) was essential to the manifestation of God’s power in Samson.
It is expedient that each person has to find out which sacrifice he/she should make. Note that this may require that you keep it secret and, if you must talk about it, be wise enough to share with persons (your spiritual guide or partner, if any) you trust. To this end, let your Subconscious Intuitions, Feelings/Telepathy, and Dreams guide you.
