The totality of Knowledge from the Conscious and the Subconscious Mind

Epistemic Concept is an online Philosophical School that believes in the two-substance theory of the human person (body and mind) from which it educates and trains persons on Epistemology and Philosophy of Culture. Epistemology is that branch of philosophy that investigates the adequacy of the totality of human knowledge. Traditional epistemology is often preoccupied with the knowledge from the conscious mind (sense perception, reason, testimony, consciousness, authority, etcetera). Epistemic Concept broadens the scope of traditional epistemology by investigating the knowledge from the subconscious mind also known as extra sensory perception (ESP) as it relates to subconscious intuition, feelings/telepathy, dreams, and epistemic magnetism/mysticism. To accomplish her goals, Epistemic Concept interrogates many philosophical schools across different cultures (African, Asian, Western/European) of the world in search of that which is “true, good, beautiful, and just” in science and all cultures, religions, and societies.

Lectures/training in Epistemic Concept are divided into two categories. The first category (CATEGORY ‘A’) comprises modules one to five (1 – 5) and it is for those who are 18 years and above. At the end of the 5th module, successful students are admitted into the Epistemic Concept online school for continuous free monthly lectures/training and updates on the knowledge from the subconscious mind along with some lectures on logic and critical thinking (especially Mill’s canons of inductive reasoning). Below is a summary of the five modules:

(CATEGORY ‘A’)

Modules 1 – 5: Mondays and Tuesdays each week for a period of five weeks.

Module 1: The Human Person

This module introduces Epistemic Concept and personhood, and explains the two substances that form the human person (body and mind) from the perspective of science and the creation narratives of some religions and cultures, and the views of some philosophers. It further analysis the inductive method, laws, theories, and hypotheses of science, and the psychological understanding of the workings of the conscious and the subconscious mind.

Module 2: The Philosophy and Science of Intuitive Knowledge (Requirement: Module 1).

This module distinguishes subconscious intuition from insight, intrusions, sensual and rational intuitions, and further explains the following: (a) how the subconscious mind produces intuitive knowledge to solve problems and resolve puzzles, (b) how some revelations are received via intuition in the form of intrusions, (c) how subconscious intuition helps artists, scientists, philosophers, security chiefs and experts, business executives, etcetera to be proficient in their career, (d) how one can enhance his or her subconscious intuitive capacity to grow wealth, and (e) how one can resolve health and security challenges via subconscious intuition.

Module 3: The Philosophy and Science of the Knowledge from Feelings/Telepathy (Requirement: Module 2).

This module explains how thought transfer is possible among persons (humans, ancestors/saints, angels, demons, God) without the senses like (a) how Julius Caesar’s wife knew her husband was in danger on the ‘ides of March’, (b) how our ancestors read the ‘signs of time’ without scientific instruments, (c) how parents know the states of their children far away from home, and (d) how there is great rejoicing in heaven or among the angels over a repentant sinner (Lk. 15: 1 – 10), (e) how you can recognise and use your feelings/telepathy on a regular basis, etcetera.

Module 4: The Philosophy and Science of the Knowledge from Dreams (Requirement: Module 3)

Module 4 explores how the subconscious mind produces knowledge in the form of dreams. It explains the eight (8) sources and categories of dreams essential for a philosophical, scientific, and religious interpretation of dreams. It also looks at the personal, relative, and contingent nature of the symbols in dreams. Other issues addressed include dreams and the future (that is, can dreams tell us about the future?) and whether we can influence or manipulate our dreams, etcetera.

Module 5: Epistemic Magnetism/Mysticism (Requirement: Module 4)

Module 5 explains magnetism in physics and how this influences the human body. It also explains how the magnetism of the human mind (understood as mysticism, vital-force, energy, or power) can be enhanced or depleted as we interact with other persons (embodied and disembodied), places, and things. It also looks at the magnetism of good and the magnetism of evil, and how to attain the Aristotelian Golden Mean and arrive at the point of balance or equilibrium.

(CATEGORY ‘B’)

The second category (CATEGORY ‘B’) is on Human Personal Development (in 4 modules) and it is for those who are 16 years and above.

The Epistemic Basis of Human Personal Development (Modules 1 4).

Module 1: Genealogy

Module 1 explains (a) the nature of the human gene handed down from parents that may influence longevity and explain some inherited illnesses and diseases, (b) the dominant and less dominant temperament inherited from one’s parents, and (c) genealogical virtues and vices that “flows” in ones lineage that may explain certain “blessings” and “curses” in the life of the individual from the ethical point of view.

Module 2: Nature and Nurture (Requirement: Module 1).

Module 7 critically examines (a) that which is natural to humans: being born biologically as male or female, (b) how society, culture, and religion nurtures humans into exhibiting certain personality and performing certain gender roles in the family and society, and (c) the complexity of the LGBTQ+. It further helps in reprogramming oneself with the energy, power, and vital-force of the subconscious mind.

Module 3: Relationships (Requirement: Module 2).

This module explains how modules 4 and 5 influence our relationship with (a) parents (b) siblings (c) classmates (d) colleagues (e) the person we are dating and courting (f) our spouses and (g) members of our religious communities. It will further recommend ways of making choices on whom to marry, how to develop a healthy relationship and manage persons or colleagues who are temperamental.

Module 4: Magnetism in Relationship (Requirement: Module 3).

This module uses the laws of nature to determine the degree or amount of vital force, energy, or power gained or lost as one (a) relates with other persons, (b) as one lives in an environment or a building, and (c) as one does business in a rented store/shop. It also explains how one can know his or her growth quotient in vital-force, energy, or power in all aspects of relationships to avoid unnecessary burdens, or being “unequally yoked”.
